An MBA holder in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University and professional certifications in Integrated Marketing Communications and Public Relations, Deborah’s skills in strategic communications, planning, consumer behavior, stakeholder relationship management, and project management have been honed through years of experience working with different organizations. She is passionate about leveraging data to develop informed communication strategies that are customer and user-centric and help businesses achieve their objectives efficiently.

Keji is a distinguished professional with a BSc in Geology. During her academic journey, she received recognition for her outstanding performance.

Commencing her professional journey in 2004 at American International Insurance Company (AIICO), Keji later transitioned to Finance industry in 2006 before venturing into the IT sector. With a cumulative experience of 19 years, she has evolved into a seasoned customer care and support expert.

Currently excelling as the Head of Support & Implementation unit, she brings a wealth of positive energy and a strong work ethic to the workplace. Her remarkable ability to encourage and drive success makes her a pivotal force in our team.

Grace Niniola is a dynamic and experienced leader with a proven track record in operations, strategic business development, and sales strategy. With a deep under-standing of the tech industry and a passion for social impact, Grace is committed to delivering exceptional value to clients while making a positive difference in the world.

Grace is skilled in all aspects of operations, from project management to resource allocation. He is graduate of Business Administration majoring in Finance from University of Chana, Legon and has attended extensive local and international training courses in Project management Corporate restructuring, technical analysis for traders and investment analysts as well as IFRS Transition Program for the Nigerian Investment Industry, He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), The British Project Professional Society and student member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants(CIM).

Adeoye Oluwagbemiga Godwin, leading the Technical unit, brings over two decades of distinguished expertise to the Tech Industry. As a certified project manager and accomplished Product Owner, he is currently spearheading a variety of transformative projects within the organization.

With a background in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance, Adeoye demonstrates profound proficiency not only as an adept programmer but also as a skilled database manager. His mastery in programming is reflected in his ability to navigate various languages with finesse, showcasing a comprehensive command over the intricate realms of technology.

Sunday Alemede is a seasoned business strategist with over a decade of experience spanning the financial services. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School (LBS) and holds a degree in Account from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. Throughout his career, Sunday has demonstrated exceptional skills in operations, consistently delivering results. His extensive knowledge in business strategy, process improvement, sales and project management has enabled him to lead cross-functional teams and implement successful initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

Having worked in senior financial roles in previous organizations. This has given Sunday a unique perspective on the financial implications of business decisions, allowing him to make informed decisions that balance risk and reward. Beyond his work-life, Sunday enjoys traveling to new destinations, reading books on business and leadership, and networking with people from diverse backgrounds. His passion for these activities has helped him develop a well-rounded perspective on life, which he brings to his work as Managing Director of Calm Global.

Alhaji Modibbo is a highly skilled professional with over 30 years of experience in Banking, corporate finance, stock market operations, and portfolio management. A result-driven and customer-focused individual with a proven track record of innovative problem solving and building strong relationships with strategic decision makers. He is graduate of the University of Maiduguri, master’s in business administration and Banking and Finance from Bayero University and Consortium of Italian University, Italy respectively.

He has also been trained locally and internally. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Associate certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Institute of Management Consultants, and Nigerian Institute of Management. Before becoming the Vice Chairman at Tiddo Securities in 2016, Alhaji Modibbo worked at Stanbic IBTC, an investment bank, as the Genral Manager, Investment Banking, Public Sector and Non-interest banking. Alhaji Modibbo has carried out national assignments as a member of the financial sector group of vision 20:20:20 coordinated by Federal Ministry of National Planning, Abuja and Contact group of financial sector strategy (FSS 20:20) anchored by Central Bank of Nigeria which included study tour to financial institutions in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Anogwi is an accomplished banker and chartered accountant, having attended training both locally and internationally. He is a graduate of Statistics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He was a federal Government scholar and the best graduating student in his class. he is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and honorary senior member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
He is a former Executive Director in Spring Bank Plc, former Executive Director, Mainstreet Bank Limited, alumni of Lagos Business School and holds certificate in business excellence from Columbia Business School New York.

Paul is a seasoned human resource and a legal practitioner of international repute, having worked in the largest oil corporation in Africa – Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) for over three decades until he statutorily retired min November 2014. He has robust and astute experience in administration and human resources practice as well as legal advice majorly in administration of estates, wills, corporate/commercial law practice arbitration, mediation and dispute resolutions.

He earned bachelor’s degree in Sociology and law from Ahmadu Bello University (1978) and Lagos State University (2002) respectively. He also has a master’s degree in human resources from the University of Lagos (1987). He is a member of Nigeria Bar Association (2005), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and Nygeria Institute of Management.

Prince Olateru-Olagbeji holds a first degree from the University of Lagos and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He had a successful career with Deloitte, before setting up accounting and consulting practice.
He is an Oracle Functional Consultant who was involved in setups for a number of Fortune 500 Companies in the United States. He is the Chairman of COPAD: Concern for Public Accountability and Development.
He has also authored articles for publications in newspapers. He has presented papers to various organizations including the National Judicial Institute of Bankers, and others.
He has participated in numerous professional and general interest seminars and workshops, both locally and internationally.
